Privacy Policy

World Quest is a learning game made for children and families. This page explains, in plain words, what information the game keeps and what it never collects.

• A first name and last name, if you choose to type one in.
• An age, so questions and stories are the right level.
• Whether you are playing at school or at home.
• Game progress: points, coins, levels, saved worlds and unlocked characters.

If you play as a guest, all of this stays on your own device only. If you create an account, it is stored securely on our servers so you can play on another device.

• No home address, phone number or school name.
• No photos, camera or microphone access.
• No location tracking.
• No advertising, no ad tracking and no selling of data to anyone.

My World can ask if it may use your device location to match the weather and scenery outside. A grown-up check comes first, and nothing is asked unless you tap “Yes please”. If you agree, a rounded, blurred position is used once to look up the weather, and it is never saved, never shown and never linked to you. Tapping “No thanks” keeps everything working with your chosen theme.

In a shared room, other players only ever see your first name, your character emoji and your personality quiz result — never your last name, age or anything else.

When you type what you want to build, or when a word is read out loud, that text is sent to an AI service to make the picture or the voice. Nothing about who you are is sent with it, and the text is not used to identify a child.

Room codes and QR codes let players join the same game. Other players can see the first name and character you chose. Nothing else is shared.

The "where to buy" craft ideas are meant for a grown-up. A parental gate (a small maths question) appears before anything that leads outside the game.

Go to Settings and choose "Reset progress" to wipe all saved data on the device. To delete an account and everything stored with it, email privacy@worldquest.app and we will remove it within 30 days.

Parents and guardians can ask what is stored, ask for it to be deleted, or withdraw consent at any time by emailing privacy@worldquest.app.
